Delivery & Installation: What to Expect

Estimated Delivery Time: Your hot tub or sauna is a large, custom-delivered item, and our team takes great care to ensure it arrives safely. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery from the date your order is placed.

Scheduling Your Delivery: Once your order is confirmed, a member of the LiBi team will be in contact to arrange a specific date and time for delivery and installation.

On-Site Installation Service: The Jacuzzi UK team will professionally deliver, install, and set up your new unit. We will provide clear instructions on its operation and maintenance to ensure you can start enjoying it right away.

Preparing for Delivery: To ensure a smooth delivery and installation process, we require you to send us clear images of the exact location where the unit will be placed. This allows our delivery team to plan ahead and address any potential access issues. We'll be in touch with a link to submit these photos after your order is confirmed.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund up to 10 days before the scheduled delivery date. Once the unit is in transit for delivery, the order cannot be cancelled.

How to Report a Problem: Should you discover a fault or issue with your unit upon delivery or at a later date, please email our support team at contactus@libiloves.com with a description of the problem and your order number.

Our Commitment to You: Our priority is to ensure your unit is in perfect working condition. In the event of a fault, we will first arrange for a qualified engineer to visit and service your unit at your convenience. If the issue cannot be resolved by the engineer, we will then organise for a replacement unit to be delivered, or provide a full refund.
