We currently only deliver within the UK. Watch this space our plans to deliver world wide are coming soon!
You will receive your products directly from the business that designed, created or made your item.
Some of these brands & makers are small and independent and delivery times and conditions may vary.
Returns
Each of the brands & markers have different return policies. Please check before you purchase that items can be returned and the conditions on the individual product pages.
Some products may not be eligible to be returned for a variety of reasons.
Where returns are accepted all items must be sent back to our brand & makers directly.
You can not return
- Items that have been made to order or personalised for you.
- Skincare and beauty products if they are opened and used, or in an unsalable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any plastic wrapping intact.
- Footwear should be returned unmarked, unworn and in the original and undamaged packaging.
- Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges.
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident, or through miss use will not be considered faulty.
If the item is faulty when you receive it please inform our ecommerce partner's customer service team within 14 day of when you receive the item via contactus@libiloves.com
Please include a photo and a description of the fault.
If you have returned items to multiple brands the refunds will be processed individually. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed.
