These Terms of Sale set out how you (the User) can make purchases from www.libicollection.com (the Site). Please read them carefully.

We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all of your rights relating to your purchase.

These terms apply to all purchases made from the Site and in proceeding to make a purchase you accept our terms in full.

We are based in the UK and our Terms of Sale are governed by UK legislation.

It is always our aim that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist.

Images of products on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. We make every effort to ensure that images are captured and displayed accurately but we cannot guarantee that the products are displayed accurately on your device as you may have alternative settings applied. If you require specific details before purchasing, such as exact colours of products, then please do not hesitate to get in touch via the Contact Form on the Site. Due to the nature of some of our items, the products that you order, and the packaging of the products may vary from the images on the Site, we reserve the right to vary, from time to time, the specifications, descriptions, and dimensions of products on the Site without prior notice.

Some products may be age restricted (e.g., products containing alcohol). By ordering these products you are confirming that you are of the required legal age. Your age may be checked using an approved age verification service and proof of age may be required at the point of delivery. Where we, or our supplier, reasonably suspect age restricted goods to have been ordered by an under-age person then we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid in accordance with the Refund Rights described below. Where the delivery service reasonably suspects goods to be being delivered to an under-age person then they may refuse to complete the delivery. In such circumstances, unless proof of age can be shown at the time of re-delivery, then the order will be cancelled and the goods returned to the supplier. The value of the goods will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Rights policy described below, however the value of any delivery charge will not be refunded. Where a product is age restricted this will be indicated on the product page on the Site.

You need not provide a reason for cancelling your order; however, you must contact us via our Contact Form on the Site to cancel your order. Where possible please include your order number in the correspondence. We will then respond by email to confirm that we have received notification of cancellation.

In circumstances where you have already received your products, we will provide the address details of where your return item should be sent to. You will be required to package up the item and return it at your own cost. All products must be returned in their original, undamaged, packaging and condition, plus any additional packaging necessary to avoid damage during the return. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of any refund offered to reflect any reduction in the value of the product which is caused by the way it is handled or returned by you. Following receipt of the returned products we will arrange for a refund to be returned to the card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your bank or credit card statement. You will receive a refund for the price paid for the product and the original delivery charges, but you will not receive a refund for the cost of returning the product to us.

You must return the products within 14 days of the cancellation being confirmed.

Please note that until the returned product is received by the supplier, the product remains at your risk and any loss or damage occurring during the return by your chosen delivery company will be a matter for you to resolve directly with them. For this reason, we recommend that when returning goods, you ensure the insurance or compensation terms applying to the delivery service used are sufficient to cover the value of the refund expected.

If we have not yet dispatched the product before you cancel, then we will process your refund within 14 days of your cancellation.

If you only cancel the order in respect of some and not all of the products ordered, then you will not receive a refund in respect of the delivery charges.

Exclusions
Please note that whilst we provide refunds in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as set out above, as permitted by that legislation, we are unable to accept refunds of the following:

1. Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, this includes food and beverages and any hampers or gift boxes containing such items;

2. Items which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons and which may have hygienic seals in place; and

3. Items which are personalised, made to your specification, or made specifically to satisfy your order;

4. Any items on the Site which are described as non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your order and obtain a refund for any item you believe has not yet been shipped, please contact us via our Contact Form on the Site and we will check the status of your order. In the event that you order has not yet shipped, we shall accept the cancellation of your order, and refund payment to you in full within 14 days of your cancellation. Please note that we can only accept cancellation of that are personalised, made to your specification or made specifically to satisfy your order where manufacture of these items has not yet commenced.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights in respect of products which are defective or not as described (see ‘Faulty Goods’ below).

Additional Circumstances
Should you consider that you have grounds to obtain a refund which are not set out above you should contact us via the Contact Form on the Site to set out your refund request.

All refunds are provided in accordance with your statutory rights.

If you think a product is defective or mis-described then please contact us at contactus@libiloves.com with a detailed description of the fault and photographic evidence including photographs of damage to the products.

We shall email you to confirm whether you are required to return the product and, if you are, we will provide you with the address and issue you with either a pre-paid returns label or details of a pre-paid courier collection service depending upon the item to be returned.

All returns made as potentially defective will be examined once they have been received by the supplier and we will notify you via email to confirm if you are entitled to a refund. Faulty goods will be replaced with a like for like replacement where possible. If you are entitled to a refund this will be provided within 14 days of when we notify you via email that you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund as a result of a defective product, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product, and the original delivery charges, if applicable.

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY REFUND RIGHTS. DETAILS OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM TRADING STANDARDS OR CITIZENS ADVICE.
