Laura Ashley products but if you need to return anything to the brand, here’s what you need to know.
You have 14 days cooling-off period from receiving your items simply notify us by email at contactus@libiloves.com that you would like to return your product and we will refund the items.
If the item is faulty or damaged or to initiate a return, please email images of the fault and a clear description to us at contactus@libiloves.com where one of our friendly customer service assistants will be happy to help.
We will do all the heavy lifting and arrange for a courier to collect your items. Once the items have been received, we will inspect and process the return, this can take up to 10 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We also do not refund the initial Shipping costs of the order as they are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
