You will receive an order acknowledgment email from LiBi confirming receipt of your order and another one when your order is ready for delivery.

Please note that your Glencraft mattress is individually handcrafted, so it may take up to 10 weeks to be delivered!
Your mattress will be delivered by Glencraft. They will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery time. Every aspect of the Glencraft's premium offering is designed to make your life easier, ensuring high standards of service are maintained throughout the delivery process.
Unfortunately, express or offshore deliveries are not available.

You will receive a 5-year manufacturing warranty with your Glencraft mattress.

In the event of a complaint or issue with your Glencraft mattress please email us at contactus@libiloves.com where one of our friendly customer service assistants will be happy to help. Please include details of the complaint or fault and include any relevant photos.

If you wish to have a refund due to a fault or issue with your mattress the LiBi and Glencraft team will arrange to visit your home and examine the quality issue at a time that suits you. If the mattress is deemed faulty, Glencraft and LiBi will organise a replacement and, collection as applicable.
