You will receive an order acknowledgement email from LiBi confirming receipt of your order and then another one when your order is ready for delivery.

Goods are normally despatched within 48 hours after we have accepted your order, however we kindly ask that you allow 5-7 working days for your order to be despatched.
All orders will be sent by courier Recorded delivery.

We hope you love your Wild Wash products but if you need to return anything then here’s what you need to know.

Unwanted items: You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging/tags. You must notify us first by emailing contactus@libiloves.com

Supplements: We cannot refund supplements your pet doesn’t like or that don’t suit them, as every animal has individual preferences.

Postage: You are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty). Royal Mail “Click & Drop” is a convenient option: https://send.royalmail.com/

Condition: Please pack items carefully. We can’t refund if goods are damaged in transit.

Refunds: Processed within 2 days of receiving your return (may take longer during busy times). Refund includes the minimum postage cost you selected when ordering.

Faulty or damaged items: If your order is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described, you have 30 days to contact us by emailing contactus@libiloves.com. We’ll cover return costs and issue a full refund.
