Your order will be despatched within 5 days and delivered by an insured courier.

You can return goods by emailing us at contactus@libiloves.com within 14 days of receipt where one of our friendly customer service assistants will be happy to help.
Please be aware that you will be responsible to pay for the return if there's nothing wrong with the product and it is unused and in original packaging.
