You will receive an order acknowledgement email from LiBi confirming receipt of your order and then another one when your order is ready for delivery.

Your order will be delivered within 5 working days of this notification email by an insured courier.

Please note that delivery times may be longer for Highlands and Islands and parts of Scotland.

We hope you love your LSA products but if you need to return anything to the brand, here’s what you need to know.

Returning an item to LSA is free and easy. If for any reason you are not happy with a product you’ve purchased, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund. Once they have inspected the item, LiBi will organise the refund back to your original payment method.

We ask customers to please allow 7-10 working days for returns to be processed and for monies to be refunded. If the item is faulty or damaged or to initiate a return, please email us at contactus@libiloves.com where one of our friendly customer service assistants will be happy to help.
