We can only accept and process returns or exchanges that are reported within 72 hours of delivery. Returned items must be sealed, unused, and in their original unopened packaging.

Returns or exchanges reported after 72 hours from delivery cannot be accepted.

Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for return or exchange.

If the return is not due to a fault or error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
