You will receive an order acknowledgement email from LiBi confirming receipt of your order and then another one when your order is ready for delivery.
Your order will be delivered within 10 working days of this notification email by an insured courier.

Different terms and conditions apply to products that may require a 1- or 2-man palleted delivery for example sofas or large furniture. The LiBi team is here to help and this charge will be invoiced separately, rough guidelines are stated below.
Overweight Pallet Curbside Delivery – £50-£80
This is a ‘curb side drop’ the delivery driver will deliver this item as close to your door but will not deliver items into your house as they are not insured to do so. Products will arrive on a pallet which you will have to unpack.
On the day of delivery, you will be contacted in advance to book the delivery time you will need to be available to take delivery.

We hope you love your Libra products but if you need to return anything to the brand, here’s what you need to know.
You have 14 days cooling-off period from receiving your items simply notify us by email at contactus@libiloves.com that you would like to return your product and we will refund the items.
If the item is faulty or damaged or to initiate a return, please email images of the fault and a clear description to us at contactus@libiloves.com where one of our friendly customer service assistants will be happy to help.
We will do all the heavy lifting and arrange for a courier to collect your items. Once the items have been received, we will inspect and process the return, this can take up to 10 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We also do not refund the initial Shipping costs of the order as they are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
